Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Palaio is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Your Content

Your annotations, journal entries, and responses belong to you. By storing them in Palaio you grant us a limited license to display and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Palaio for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service.
• Do not upload content that infringes on third-party rights.

Printed Books

Printed commentary orders are fulfilled through third-party print partners. Order details and shipping are subject to the print partner's terms. All sales are final once printing has begun.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@palaio.co.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Palaio is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
